No management apparent and no maintenance appeared to be carried out

Noise

We were not told about the noise that started at 7am each morning. There was constant drilling g and hammering from above. It was then obvious that the building / units were being updated !!! Our apartment actually had some kind of extraction machine with pipes that worried us about asbestos’s being in building
