I really liked the pool. Very clean and quiet. Comfy chairs... plus it's in the shade from midday on. A little cooler water might have been nice.

The friendly owner

When we inform that our arrival will be delayed the day before check in, "Why are you arriving late?" We were asked a little angrily from the hotel people. However, old men welcomed me at check-in and it was a very friendly response. Room was convenient. I also want to use it if I have a chance

微妙プラスくらい。

窓のブラインドが壊れており、チェックインの際その旨を伝えたところ、あとで直すと言われたものの結局直さず…。部屋の変更も特にされずそのまま滞在することに。 シャワーは固定、圧力バッチリ、トイレと洗面所と同じ部屋なのでトイレを使うタイミングにちょっと気をつかわなければならない。 チェックインの際言われなかったがトイレットペーパーなどの補充は確実買わなければならない。 スタッフはマイペースだが優しかった印象。 繁華街まで歩ける距離だしまあ悪くはなかった。

A Nice Place To Stay

Not a modern apartment but the room is clean. Comfortable bed. The common areas (lobby, pool, parking area and corridor) are always tidy and neatly looking. Friendly staff. Walking distance to shops and close to transport.

Location was great but the room was an absolute embarrassment very very dirty, kitchen cupboard door handles had so much grime on them that we used tissues to open them, room smelt of smoke, very old conditioned room.

A basic appartment two doors from river.

This is an older style block of units in a great location in Surfers Paradise. Although a small single bedroom unit it had everything we needed for a four day get-away. This included secure parking, pool, big TV and Foxtel, washing machine and air conditioning and full kitchen facilities. There is a full size stove and oven which we used, but no dish washer (no space) and shower is a bit of a squeeze. We walked everywhere - dinner, cruise wharf, beach, local shop and fishing. Light rail and bus stops are only two blocks away to either Southport, Broadbeach or beyond. Happy to stay again. Thanks

It was clean and tidy. Bed was uncomfortable but when told on checkout they said they would put a topper on the mattress. Pool was great.

Never give us the wifi password. No staff attendance in reception, we have a telephone number and when we call them were so rude. We did a booking for 3, when we did check out we have to do an extra payment for the 3rd person for use the sofa bed. There were a cockoach

Oven didnt work.

It was good. Amazing staff and friendly people to speak too. But the oven didnt work and the shower was on a timer witch was hard to enjoy a shower after spending days at theme parks.

August in Surfers Paradise

Overall stay is good. The location of the place is awesome. It is close to shopping mall, restaurants and the beach. The place is clean and tidy. The only thing was there was no one in reception for days and no one to ask. There was no wi-fi available. The reception has the passwords. There is a phone to call, and it happens to be the night answering service, and was not able to assist on wi-fi password. Overall stay is good.

Economical hotel at Gold Coast

Keys were left with us to collect from reception safe. Unfortunately did not see any reception or hotel staff during our stay due to the events that we had to attend, therefore was not issued with wifi password, and some lights and fans etc were not working. Difficult to access upper levels without lifts.

Very close to all that surfers paradise has to offer and only 5 mins walk to supermarket. Comfortable layout and small balcony to enjoy the sunshine.
