This beautifully appointed and spacious coastal luxe 2 storey townhouse offers a central location while providing a tranquil place to relax & unwind. Walk to the beach, laguna, parks, restaurants, shops and Coles in just minutes.

This is a two story home.

The ground floor includes:
Spacious living/dining area with extensive outdoor second living/dining area.
Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and finishes.
Ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout.

Second story includes:
Large bedroom with king bed, walk-in wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan & ensuite with rain shower.

Second bedroom with queen bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Sizeable main bathroom with bathtub & rain shower. Third bedroom includes two single beds with an air conditioner.

Short Term Working Stay

This town house was exactly what I required for the short term working stay. It would be a lovely location for a vacation type stay and as a result made my working stay very easy. Location is great - parks and beaches within pleasant walking distance, shops and amenities very close by, lovely community coffee and other shops just up the street and easy connections onto main transport routes. Town house is well equipped for a short term stay.

Great location, super close to a great cafe and park for little children. Not too busy area. Within driving distance to everything you need on the GC. House was great, clean and perfect with a great deck outside into a little backyard, perfect for if you have kids that enjoy being outside. Well recommended

Quiet. Close. No elevators necessary!

We were really happy to stumble on this listing, as most we’d found in the area were condos/apartments in large buildings. We were thrilled with how spacious and clean the unit was when we arrived. It was very comfortable and also close to beach, surf, food, shopping, and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, which our kids loved.

A lovely peaceful and private property with a flowing open plan living area and segregated upstairs bedroom and bathroom areas. The deck faced a small private back courtyard bound by flowering vines attracting beautiful birds all day. The residence is set back from the road down a driveway, so that there was no traffic noise. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, and the lounge was amazing! Perfect for stretching out and watching a movie on netflix. The shower in the ensuite was lovely, constant hot water (gas) and good strong water pressure. All the appliances in the residence were super clean and functioning. The blockout curtains in the bedroom darkened the room for a perfect night's sleep. The beach, shops, restaurants and public transport are within an easy few minutes walk through a lovely peaceful neighbourhood. I enjoyed every minute of my stay, and would highly recommend to others.
