Nice apartment, friendly staff, ample parking and plenty of food options near by.
Bed was comfy, full size fridge, washer and dryer was handy.
Onsite pool and gym looked nice although we never used them.
Only gripes would be the shower was not designed for tall people and I haven't seen a TV that small in about 15 years.

Nice quiet block, very good price, I booked 2 months before travel. Amenities are very basic, no access to fresh towels or sheets without an additional charge, but there are laundry facilities in the apartment. Very comfortable for a week.

Short reception hours but good communication with the keysafe code communicated by email prior to arrival.
Spacious 1brm apartment with walk-in robe and large patio leading to the pool area.
Unfortunately the good points were let down badly by nearly nonexistent mobile reception made worse by the lack of free, secure wifi. Having to pay (rather exorbitant prices) for a basic necessity that provided no confidence in its security is why I will never return.

Great Stay in Varsity Lakes
The apartment was very comfortable and was well set up. The pool area was really nice. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops. Good position if looking for somewhere to stay in Varsity Lakes.

Good Stay but needs a TLC
The staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a few issues our hot water stopped working and took them 2 day to sort it out we stay at the apartment for a month.
The dishwasher leeks from to to time as well as the fridge. But overall the place was very comfortable to stay well furnished and the staff were always ready to help.

My electronic key didn’t working when I arrived back late at night and had to wait an hour for someone to come to the hotel to let me in my room. An alarm then started ringing at 3am for 30 mins. The bathroom was some mould and some fixtures were loose. Fan in the bedroom made a noise.

The whole unit was big and spacious. Close to the bus stop and easy to move around.
Cons:
No wifi, extra charge for internet, extra charge for towels, room was stinks 😷. They did not air the room properly from previous tenant! Yuck! No salt and pepper.

Good location for Bond University. Serviced apartments, rather than a hotel, so doesn’t have usual hotel amenities. Rooms looking a bit tired (particularly bathroom).
Great place and clean
Only downfall was the mattress , it was lumpy and hard so sleep after a day starting at 2:45am and ending at 10pm was not the best .
We enjoyed our stay. Very secure, felt safe. We had a 2 day training conference so it was a Good location for us with cafes and restaurants to walk to when we got home. We arrived late at night in the dark and I didn’t realise that there is also a Chancelor Lakeside Appartments close by, so keep that in mind. The lady on the intercom was very friendly and helpful and checkin ran smoothly. 😊
Reception hours are limited if checking in after 5pm.
Confusing signage about how to get into the car park - it doesn't tell you to use the fob to open the second door into the parking garage - at the first garage door.
We generally liked the property, but we were unsatisfied with some of the service. The sliding glass door to our ground floor apartment would not lock securely. This was not fixed during our stay. The main lights in the lounge room kept tripping the fuse. We were without power for around 6 hours and we were told via intercom outside the building to repair this ourselves.
