No parties or events
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors require approval before arrival, and the maximum occupancy shown in your booking must be respected.

Keep noise down
Quiet hours are 10 pm–7 am. Keep music and conversations at a considerate level, especially outdoors.

Waterfront safety
Children must be supervised closely near the water at all times. Do not climb waterfront barriers or enter the canal from the property. Any pontoon, boat mooring or water equipment may only be used with prior written approval.

No smoking or vaping indoors
Please smoke outdoors, away from open doors and windows, and dispose of cigarette butts safely.

Pets require approval
Please obtain written approval before bringing any pets.

Parking
Use the property’s designated parking spaces. Do not block neighbouring driveways, footpaths or shared access.

Look after the home
Please treat furniture and appliances with care. Keep indoor furniture inside and do not leave rubbish or loose items where they could blow into the canal.

Air conditioning and security
Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. Switch off air conditioning and lights when leaving, and lock all doors and windows.

Report any issues promptly
Let us know straight away about damage, spills or maintenance issues so we can assist.

Before departure
Wash used dishes, place rubbish in the designated bins, remove your food and belongings, and return keys as instructed. Please leave the home reasonably tidy and check out at the time stated in your booking.
