Living & Entertainment Relax in the air-conditioned living room, featuring a massive 75-inch Samsung Smart TV paired with a JBL soundbar for the ultimate movie night. We provide fast Wi-Fi, perfect for seamlessly streaming Netflix or kicking back with your favorite shows.
Kitchen & Laundry Cook and entertain in the large, brand-new kitchen. It features a spacious island with massive drawers, a dishwasher, and a dedicated under-sink drinking water filter, making it completely safe to drink straight from the cold side tap. There is also a walk-in pantry complete with a kitchen bench. For your convenience, a washing machine and laundry sink are available for use during your stay.
The Bedrooms
• Master Bedroom: King bed, private en-suite bathroom (featuring a bidet), massive 65-inch Smart TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, dedicated office desk, and a spacious mirrored-door cupboard.
• Bedroom 2: King bed (can be split into two single beds upon request), TV, air-conditioning, and ceiling fan.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, air-conditioning, and ceiling fan.
Outdoor Living Enjoy the Gold Coast weather on two separate decks:
• East Deck: Newly renovated with beautiful new tiles, offering a perfect, quiet spot to relax and unwind.
• West Deck: A brand-new build featuring premium PVC decking, located right at the top of your private staircase landing.
The Space & Guest Access This is a dual-living property designed with your privacy in mind. The entire upstairs level is exclusively yours. To ensure complete independence, we have two separate gates on the property—one specifically for our Airbnb guests and one for our family. You have your own private pedestrian gate and entrance, so you can come and go without needing to pass through our downstairs living area.
Parking Guests have access to free, convenient street parking directly in front of the house. Please note that the garage/carport is strictly reserved for family use only.
Other things to note Our house is arranged over two levels. While the entire upstairs area is set aside for you to relax in complete privacy, our family lives downstairs. We respect your space, but we are always nearby and happy to help if you need anything during your stay. We want you to feel welcome and at home, and we hope you have a wonderful time exploring Southport!
