"My partner and I spent our anniversary weekend here along with other typical Gold Coast adventures. The room was lovely, tidy and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The only thing was we weren’t sure on how power worked (you need a second card) and after being asked if we’d stayed there before and said no, we had no idea so we weren’t sure. Otherwise check in was smooth and everyone was lovely at front desk. Parking is opposite the hotel and honestly rather affordable for multiple entry/exit (if you’re wanting to drive around) but it’s not a far walk nor a hard walk. Our beach view was slightly obstructed, however we got a lovely view regardless of the beach, city and hinterland because we were on the 24th floor but laying in bed and sitting on the balcony we had a wonderful view. We had a lovely time regardless and we’d love to be back as soon as possible. Thank you for helping us make our anniversary trip wonderful :)"

"We did not use any of the amenities or eat in the hotel as it was expensive. I was disgusted on arrival to our room to find a large clump of hair on the floor, a hair on the sink and hair on the carpet. It was very disappointing. The rooms are old and tired now. The bathrooms are old. Good shower. Lots of lovely big towels. Good mini bar and tea and coffee with plenty of milk. Noises air con"
