Kaimana - Meaning "The Power of the Ocean"
Kaimana is a Retro Style 1952 original 3 bedroom, one and a half bathroom, beach bungalow located in the heart of Burleigh Heads.
We are only 350 mts to beautiful Burleigh Beach, 800 mts to James St and 1 km from the nearest supermarket. Kaimana is located in a prime pocket of Burleigh Heads surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. You will be walking distance to everything when you stay at Kaimana.
Kaimana is an original Burleigh Beach Bungalow, lovingly refreshed with new paint, polished timber floors and an updated bathroom but still has all original features throughout. We have kept the original kitchen and concrete laundry tub as to many old homes are torn down and we wanted to ensure some of Burleigh's history still remains. So if you wish to have a holiday in a quaint old beach bungalow, with a retro flavour and freshly updated then Kaimana is for you.
We have room for 8 guests. 3 bedrooms, Master with a Queen Bed, Bed 2 with a Double bed, and Bed 3 with a Double and a Single bed, we also have a sofa bed in the living room for the 8th guest if required.
One bathroom with shower only, toilet and basin, no bathtub and an additional separate toilet off the laundry.
PLEASE BE AWARE as Kaimana has been kept with the original kitchen there is NO DISHWASHER.
Kaimana is a welcoming 110 sqm bungalow with an outdoor dining and BBQ area overlooking a lush and private backyard.
At Kaimana we understand family also includes fur babies so we welcome your family dog so you can all enjoy Burleigh together.
We supply all linen, bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. We also supply some small provisions but as this is a self-catering property you may need to top up during your stay.
Kaimana is a free standing home and for your use only, the whole property is yours to enjoy.
The Master Bedroom has an air-conditioning unit and there is also one located in the dining room and the house is fitted with ceiling fans throughout. As Kaimana is a small property these air conditioning units do help cool the other two bedrooms as long as the bedroom doors are left open.
PLEASE NOTE: as Kaimana is an original 1952 home with original kitchen there is NO DISHWASHER.
There is no garage on the property, however there is room for one vehicle on the driveway and street parking.

If you are enjoying Kaimana for a longer stay, the bin night is Tuesday as the bins are collected early on Wednesday mornings. Thank you
