Level 23 Ocean North Facing 2 Bedroom Apt -CHEVRON

THIS APARTMENT COMES WITH FREE FAST WIFI

It doesn't get much better than this high floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located on level 23 in the Chevron Renaissance. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has breathtaking 180 degree views, you will see Ocean Views to the North East, and Surfers Paradise water way view to your north west.

Towers of Chevron Renaissance is a Gold Coast Icon & is perfectly located with shops and restaurants at your doorstep and a short stroll to the beach. Important Notice:



Please note that the Level 5 indoor heated pool is currently closed for retiling works from 30 April until further notice. The gym and indoor pool toilet facilities remain open during this time.



Maintenance works will be carried out on the Lagoon Spa starting 6 May 2026 to restore the spa jets. This is expected to take around 4 weeks, and during this time the spa and BBQ area will not be available.



Also, the indoor pool will be closed from 3 May 2026 for approximately 4 weeks for refurbishment.

Great views and location

The property is great for family. We had a family of 5 and the agent was able to provide a blowup bed. I found there weren't enough variety of kitchen pot sizes for cooking. There was no oven trays. Only 3 sheets of foil provided. It would be great if the property can provide cooking oil and pool towels for convenience. We had a great stay and the location was definitely the top feature.
