High on the scale 10/10
Best Motel on the Gold Cost close to everything very friendly staff So if you are coming down for a night or a week don’t go pass this one beds are very comfortable.

Did you asked for checks?!! Did you ring us and make a complaint? Definitely not! But you should if you wasn’t happy about something. Manager already living in the motel after opening hours if something happened just one Phone call might be enough!

Careful crossing the road
Room far too close to the busy road and road noise was excessive all night. Windows wouldn't lock properly so felt unsafe. Bed was very uncomfortable, possibly the most basic double bed mattress ever made. The only good thing was the room had tv however did not know what channels were available on foxtel as you had to scroll through the entire foxtel system and take a guess a to which channels were available otherwise channels were blocked. On arrival the owner/manager was very helpful and pleasant, however would not stay again. The motel is in a desperate need of a makeover.

sorry you didnt enjoy your stay with us our rooms are fully secured with lockable windows and doors if you had trouble with your window locking all you needed to do was ask and somebody would of had a look at it for you. all of our rooms have a foxtel guide located on the wall below the television which includes every channel and the number also we have a information book located on the table with a copy of the foxtel guide. sorry you couldnt find it. our motel is located on brisbane road which is a very busy main road next time when booking a motel check the location for traffic we are unable to help with the noise sorry you didnt enjoy your stay
