Thank you for booking with us! To ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the following house rules and important information:

Noise:
No parties, events, loud music, or yelling/screaming outdoors. If you wish to stay up late, that is totally fine — please gather inside and close all windows and doors next to the decking area during the quiet time between 10pm to 7am.

Aircon / Lights / Fans:
The zone control panel is located on the right-hand side wall of the hallway (from entrance to the living room). Please turn off all air conditioning, lights, and fans when leaving the house.

Kitchen:
You’re welcome to use all kitchenware, utensils, and provided basics. Please wash all used items and empty the fridge before check-out.

Laundry:
Washing machine and dryer are available. Please clean the lint filter after every use to prevent fire hazards.

Fire Safety:
No candles, fire pits, or open flames are permitted inside or outside the property.

Smoking:
Strictly no smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes on the premises. A minimum $1000+GST fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found, including odor removal if necessary.

Rubbish & Bins:
Please place all rubbish in the bins and run the dishwasher before leaving.

Keys & Remotes:
If keys or remotes are lost, or urgent delivery is required due to lockout, the following charges apply:

What We Provide:
We provide linen, towels, bathmats, tea towels, toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand gel), dishwashing supplies, and cleaning products. Please note these are starter quantities only. Any additional or ongoing daily supplies required during your stay will need to be purchased by guests.

Extra cleaning or linen change can be arranged with 24 hours’ notice at an additional cost.

Maintenance:
Please report any issues during your stay. Minor items like light bulbs may take time to replace, but we’ll attend to any concerns as soon as possible.
