Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Property location is excellent and tgat only selling point. Smell just exiting the lift and to tge apartmebt door is very off putting. Instructions from the mangement are next to none. There is number listed for hwlp but no one answers that incluses 10 mins later chexkibg in wheb we had issues acessing parking you are juat left to figure it all own your own. We had to clean ourself tge apartmebt as there were hair and ants all over tge place. Throes abd cyshions will welcome a wash. Supplies were only 30ml milk and in very bad shaoe cofee, tea and sugar only to last a day or two when we booked for 5 days. Same for vanity supplies very standard quality too. No salt or pepper or jandwash supplied. We qould have had no issue if it was included in instruxtions. Chexking out says yiu gotya keave keys on the kitchen benchtop and only after yiu do the return kwy form it randomly ask you yo upload a ouc qith no expalnation photo of what? Witj a lucky guess and finding poor communication i had madea video leavibg yhe property so was able to upload the pic, otherwise would jave meant no pic and haclving that mendatory field we wont be able to checkout and will cost us additinal and the team is not availaoblw before 9 to drop keys in person and there is no other key drop off option. Property managwmebt huge dissapointmebt. Location is great. If yiu cater for mentioned gaps you stay may prove less dissapointing.
