2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom Holiday OASIS in the HEART of Surfers Paradise set in a tranquil garden setting in a 5 Star Resort (Chevron Renaissance).
400 M to patrolled beach (Surfers Paradise Tower 35)
The Renaissance Shopping mall is directly below, with Coles, 10 different restaurants & 15 individual stores.

Fantastic bright and fresh feel throughout.
Quality fittings, both bathrooms have granite and chrome fittings .
The full size kitchen (not a kitchenette) also has granite bench tops and all mod cons Including dishwasher).
The apartment has full reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning with fans and remote control lights in all rooms.
The living room has a 60 inch Smart TV with Netflix. There is a large L shaped leather lounge and an full size swinging egg chair. There are also board games and puzzles.
The apartment has an infant's high chair, Infant table with two chairs and associated plastic cutlery, plates, and potable cot.
The apartment is on level 6, just one level above the lawn area with lagoon / beach pool and BBQ areas. There are three verandas. It does NOT face the highway or noisy side streets and unlike high level apartments there is minimal wind & street noise and so a tranquil and relaxing Oasis environment!
Facing north east over the lawn area it is cool in summer, warm and sun lite in winter. Extremely well insulated however there are remote control ceiling fans (with light) in each room for natural ventilation and also has full central air con and heating if required.
Complex has three swimming pools (including beach pool, lap pool and heated indoor pool), three spas (two heated, indoor & outdoor), Gym and saunas, children's play ground and play room and Six BBQ areas.
Two Entry keys with fob security scanner sets will give you access to all the building's facilities and a car park wireless card accessing the secured allocated car parking area if required.
