With 6 large bedrooms, modern and contemporary design, multiple indoor and outdoor areas there is no end to the luxury of this home.
The waterfront alfresco area has a BBQ and dining area overlooking the crystal blue pool, waterfront and the breathtaking skyline views of Broadbeach. You can also take in these views from the 2 balconies on the top floor.
Open plan living is the essence of this home on the ground floor incorporating the kitchen, dining, lounge and outdoor area but it doesn’t stop there when you walk up the stunning wooden staircase you are welcomed with a light filled sitting area with access to one of the balconies where you can soak up the sun in private.
Forming the entertaining hub of this home is the gourmet gally style kitchen with private butlers pantry and views to the indoor and outdoor dining areas, the pool and you can cook taking in the skyline views of Broadbeach.
