Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This apartment had unclear instructions and both Expedia and the letting agent blamed one another, either way no one sent us any pre arrival Information. After flying in we got to the apartment reception only to find they don’t have keys and they are located a few km away… not a great start L. Apartment was unclean and many stains on couches. Under beds and in corners lots of dust. Hair found in bathtub and on the floors in bedrooms. Overall not cleaned to a suitable standard.
