We would stay again - the pool and spa were so warm and great location. We had a studio room which was small but clean and functional… manager was really friendly and helpful.

Plantation blinds broken in bedroom on a couple of windows so 530am wake up daily due to light in the room. Overall room was nice and balcony was beautiful - would definitely stay here again

We liked the location which is less built up and busy than other parts of the Gold Coast, but still convenient and just across the road from the beach. The thing we liked best, as it was a working holiday, was the lovely hot spa at the end of the day. The managers were also friendly and helpful.

Apart from the broken Venetian blinds and them being dirty, which I think should be replaced, my stay was very comfortable. Good friendly service. I would stay at the Royal Pacific again.

Kitchenette was dated but overall facilities were good and reflected the price. My unit in particular faced the pool and got a lot of traffic noise as the location is near a roundabout. Grocery and cafe both close by which was great.

Great location handy to everything including the beach. Very comfy bed & great shower pressure although it was a shower over bath set up. Property had everything we needed although overall it was a bit tired with poor wifi and tv only worked intermittently.

Calling this a "Resort" is over selling. Place is dated with updated pool/hot tub area. Room was small for 4. Had a strange encounter when staff entering room twice without knocking, to provide bedding for the couch, and to provide a checkout checklist. Nice balcony and view of bay but need to close off the balcony due to noisy street and street lights.

We have stayed here before, so were familiar with the level of accommodation and facilities. On the whole, the room was very comfortable and contained most amenities. A hair dryer would have been helpful. The pool water temp was a little warm to be refreshing on hot days.A couple of minor repairs were noted and given to staff when we left. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Faultless

On arrival was informed I had an upgraded larger room with a pool and sea view. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities including an electric cooker, kettle and microwave. The free underground car park was great with plenty of room. Reception and maintenance staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. Having a TV with all the Foxtel channels was a great bonus. The location was great with easy access to arterial routes. The local shopping centre had a great supermarket and eating options.

Was a little under whelmed on arrival, not enough bedding/towels to have a set for each guest. And wasn't the warmest welcome, no smiles etc. Hoowever once the linen was sorted and we jad received our key ot was good. The gym was not realy usable. The games room was vute, hidden in the basment. Pool was lovely and warm. Quiet walking distance to a wee shopping center

The air-conditioning kept cutting off especially at night. The shower had mould growing around the tiles and looked like it hadn't been cleaned The door to balcony didn't lock or close properly. The hot plate didn't work The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
