Excellent beach break!

We love staying here - this is our third time back! The property is always beautifully presented with thoughtful inclusions (like milk and festive biccies to go with your tea). Check-in is a breeze and Karen and Patrick are always readily available. The house is conveniently positioned and our fur kids have always been welcomed. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Songbird Lodge. It lived up to the name, with the beautiful sounds of whip birds in the nearby trees. Everything was so beautifully presented and comfortable. The rooms nice and dark for sleeping, and the house was equiped with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

It was a beautiful place our dog loved the yard to explore in. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Karen and patrick were more then helpful. House was presented beautifully. Will definitely come back.

What a beautiful little hideaway. It felt like we were miles from anywhere, beautiful birds singing every morning, but we were just tucked behind another house on a main road. Driveway was a little tricky to get in and out of at busy times but otherwise fine. We were able to fit our 4WD under the carport. It was our home away from home and perfectly fenced for our little dog to wander the backyard after a day at the beach. Shopping centre very close and convenient.

A lovely stay

We all enjoyed our stay at Songbird lodge. The place was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with amenities (I loved that there was a blender so I could still make a smoothie :)) The kids also loved the bonus biscuits left by the owner, my husband enjoyed the coffee pods and there were lots of little added toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchen items etc so there really wasn't much that we needed. Its the little things that has made it one of the better places we've stayed at. The only thing I will mention was the lack of a proper full length mirror (there was a small one tucked away in one of the rooms) but only because we had a formal event to go to and needed to get all dressed up LOL other then that, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again as its a wonderful base to come back to and is conveniently located.
