I was impressed by the view from our apartment and how close it was to the beach. I also liked that the theme parks are only a short drive away. The apartment was very clean and tidy. A very nice place to stay on the Gold Coast.

Awesome place! Loved staying here! Pool was great, close walk to the beach, friendly staff and a beautiful suite!!! Only issue was having to pay for toilet paper if you ran out and no extra towels allowed, super weird!

Such a delight The apartment was spotless and perfectly appointed. Everyone we meet be they owners, holidaymakers. Or the team, were really friendly. The weather was awful, but we made good use of the indoor heated pool. Just can not fault this as a holiday destination, and will definitely be back.

I enjoyed the front desk experience. All the fixtures and fittings were in good condition. This unit opened to the north side only was heavily overlooked by close neighbours and all windows/ glass doors had fitted blockout roller blinds. To maintain privacy, there was no light filtered curtains. So, unit was dark and needed aircon and lights on because roller blinds covering sliding doors and windows are trendy and very very impractical. So, apt looks good but quite unpleasant to live in.

Stunning views as we were treated with whales breaching in front of our balcony (14th, 15th & 16th Sep), as well as the full harvest moon during our stay. The location is perfectly positioned across the road from the beach with lifeguards patrolling daily. Would've love to have some basic seasonings in the kitchen, but I guess you can just buy those. The tv in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, as it's not working properly (no audio), and it's an OLD model. At the same time, it needs to be on a higher location, as sitting below the bed is not a comfortable viewing angle. However, the location, the views, and the amenities far outweigh a few small draw backs. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a longer stay and were very happy with our unit. The owners had put in a lot of personal touches and it was spacious and comfortable. We had restricted views of the beach. We did visit another unit in the letting pool lower down and were grateful we were not given it. It was very closed in..... Our reservations for this property is the pool areas are not well maintained or very attractive. While we were there I don't think the indoor pool area was cleaned at all and there was certainly evidence of long term grime? It would seem the management are not on top of the maintenance? Staff were helpful but not engaging. YMMV

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. Dishes and cutlery and drawers and mugs were dirty.There was mould on the bathroom ceiling and hallway walls and floorboards were dirty lots of scratch marks and generally needs a good paint. I actually took photos and I am going to email them to Sunbird. The gentleman Manager was very pleasant and helpful with a trundle bed but I feel the owner of our unit needs to be notified. In the lift I met a woman and I didn’t mention anything to her but she told me her unit was filthy. Such a shame as a good position and pool was lovely and outdoor area nice and clea.
