  • Sunrise Sea 8 offers the perfect beachside escape in the heart of Coolangatta.

    Offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms and secure parking for one car, plus resort facilities including tropical swimming pool and BBQ area surrounded by lush gardens, this is perfect for your next family holiday.

    The unit features a cool open plan living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable sofa bed lounge (perfect for kids or overnight visitors), and dining for six.

    There’s also a smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi for guests to enjoy. Step outside to the covered balcony, equipped with comfy furnishings and tropical garden views.

    The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays and plenty or bench and storage space.

    The unit offers two bedrooms - master bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite with shower and toilet and access to the rear courtyard patio.

    The second bedroom provides two single beds and both rooms have ceiling fans. There is also a main bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

    Unit 8 is on the ground floor with approximately 7 steps up from the path. There is secure underground parking for one car (carpark height = 2.1m)

    Sunrise Sea is in a fantastic location in the heart of Coolangatta with a range of cafes, restaurants, specialty stores on offer and only a 600m walk to Coolangatta Surf Club and beach.

    Keys
    Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 3 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

    Linen
    Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Comfortable little apartment close to everything

This apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. The main bed was very comfy, had great range of pillows, and both showers had excellent water pressure. The pool was fantastic for when the beach wasnt an option, though I think a few of the permanent residents of the apartment block (appear to be mostly retirees) closely watch use and activitiy there. As described in original description- remember to bring all linen. Also, there is no dishwasher, however there are some cleaning supplies and basic pantry staples included which was a nice addition. Key collection is from a different location to the apartment, a couple of blocks away.We had a couple of minor inconveniences (that didn't affect our holiday or enjoyment) and I reported these to the receptive and understanding property management so assume they'll be addressed before the next lot of holiday makers arrive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in Coolangatta over Christmas and this place was the best value for money (for self contained accom) so I would definitely recommend it. All abulous stay . some
