The location was rather isolated without your own car, the traffic noise on the tenth floor was very loud, unit needed a deep clean, a water leak in the bathroom was not fixed in the week we were there. Instructions for the stove top and oven are needed. The aircon and oven are on the same circuit, with a switch to have one. Apartments on the river side would probably been a lot quieter.

About water leaking, our manager checked many times that there was no leaking issue and cleaned up the floor after shower many times. Next time, please tell us, you would like to stay at riverfront apartment, room rate is different as well.We did try our best for your stay. Wish you all the best.

When we arrived the bathroom was dirty and still had hair in the shower, we only received 2 toilet rolls for the whole weekend and no one was at front desk all weekend so we couldn’t get more. The place just wasn’t clean, but the location was perfect .

Please also kindly understand that we didn't know that you have few extra guests for stay. If next time, you may tell us the numbers of guests, we may prepare plenty supply. As we knew, you/your guests spoke to On-site manager during the weekend. And we didn't receive extra enquiry. Please also kindly understand that we have "No Party" policy. lovely large apartment. Comfortable beds. We found it was a little bit to far out of Surfer's. The indoor pool was very small and the outdoor pool was not heated.

Thank you for taking the time to review. So glad you liked the apartment, they are lovely as you say. We like to take the tram which is only two stops to Surfers Central if we don't want to walk. We do apologize for the pool heater being out of service. It has now been replaced with a new State of the Art heater.

The skyline up the river to Surfers Paradise, or across to Isle of Capri, is really spectacular and truly stunning at night. The advantage of being right on the riverfront adjoining a large park gives a wonderful expansive feeling.

Amazing Views!! Good Location ,it's easy to go everywhere,secure car park.Managers are helpful.Big 2 bedrooms apartment just for me and my sun.I'll bring all my family and stay longer next time!

We didn’t like how our room was upgraded at the last minute and we lost a bed and the only way we could have got another bed was by paying money for one. We didn’t like also that we were not notified or even told about a deposit fee till we got there so had to find money before checking in.

Good sized unit. Very disapointed in the lack of security to room. IE: no ability to lock front door internally, no ability to lock sliding door to balcony, no security screens, i paid ectra to have a 3rd bed in one room which was put under a window where my children could eaily open and potentially fall from the 11th floor!!! Good kitchen and utensils and space. Unit was covered in previous occupents hair and not sure the floor had been mopped recently as the floors felt grimy under foot. Bathrooms had leaking taps, shower screens which didnt open and close easily. Overall, our stay was ok, good location and good kitchen. Lovely grounds and pool.

Hi there, thank you for stay. We knew your kid was young, that's why we suggest the cot in the first place, however you refused. We have had no security issues here in four years, front doors are security locks and cannot be duplicated. All windows and balcony doors are G James Glass (the best) and the door does lock. Surprised to hear your claims about our cleaner, but we will take it up with our team. Had no complaints from previous tenants about showers, taps etc. It seems you were reluctant to give credit card details for security bond, the reason we need that is to cover breakages or stolen articles.

Unbelievable views of the river!!! Outstanding location, easy access to the beach and trams... walk up the beach to areas like Cavill ave and Tedder ave, walk down the beach to Broadbeach... very spacious apartment, fit 2 adults and 3 kids very comfortably

Great View!!!
We stayed in apartment 54 it was very spacious and had a BEAUTIFUL view!!! The furniture and bathrooms are outdated but if your not too fussed about that then there is nothing else to fault as it has everything you need. The check in process was easy and quick, staff are friendly and parking is always available. Unfortunately the gym is a no go majority of the equipment is rusted and the space is very small. The outside pool is located in the front of the resort and doesn’t get much sunlight, it’s also not heated so the water was freezing that the kids didn’t use it.

Nice view of the river from the balcony
We were upgraded to a higher larger unit facing the river as the air con of the apartment building was been upgraded. Thought without air con and with fan, the higher unit is breezy. The only faulty thing in the unit is that the common bathroom door is spoilt. Once closed, the door cannot be opened from inside and can only be opened by someone outside. This is very dangerous if you are alone at home! Brought up this matter to the reception but it was not repaired. So everytime we showered we dare not close the door and have to leave a gap open!
