Great stay and wonderful view

Great location, a 10 minute walk around Currumbin point to a couple restaurants then into the wonderful Currumbin Surf Club. lovely pool and spa. As others have mentioned lots of stairs.

Nice place… the famous stairs are great exercise. Beautiful view from clean n comfortable appartment. Pool area is awesome. N walk to the beach nice beautiful. I’m sorry I only got to see a small part of swell festival. Just remember you are straight under flight path… didn’t annoy me too much but it’s good to know. Everything else except carrying my heavy arse suitcase up n down those stairs was fantastic..would go again.. n will.!!

Spectacular view of the water, the boats, dogs, watercraft and people below. Occasional welcome visit from birdlife on the balcony. You could holiday happily without ever leaving the apartment! It’s fully appointed and stylish. Great beds and showers. Wish list would be for suitcase racks, larger disc of soap, a rattling bedroom door, assistance with entering and departing complex outside office hours, light in stairwell not working. Also a seat outside entry to wait for Ubers etc. Would have liked to have known that pool was not available for use during our stay. Lost count of how many stairs to get to the room but it is significant enough to contemplate next outing and that bringing a small suitcase only is recommended. Hosts were very friendly and eager to assist and overall our stay was superb. It’s a well managed and well loved complex. We were able to get a late check out which was so appreciated with our late afternoon flight. Sad to leave.

Don’t lock your Keys in the unit and go into the garage after hours, because you can’t get out. Otherwise nice stay🙂

Great location but the apartment cuts corners in silly ways. No bed head? One half roll of toilet paper- but the offer to buy more at reception. Rooms are spacious but in need of an update. Over all I’d suggest this would be a great place for families.

The only thing we did not like was the stairs leading up to our first floor apartment. Also the shower head in the en-suite needs fixing. Otherwise it was excellent.

The apartments are in a great spot just off the highway and close to the water. Great place for families. Due to the age of the property there are no lifts so people with young kids or those with mobility problems may have some issues. View from the pool and spa we’re amazing at sunset. Would definitely stay again.

This is an older style of property but it is clean, spaciouswith big balconys with views over Currumbin alley. The property managers are on call and respond immediately. The only detractor is the odd access and layout of rooms, having to enter and exit through the carpark each time which required a key

Views to Die For!!

My stay at The Hills Apartments was part work related and part family holiday. The apartments are in a fabulous location with views to die for!! The apartment i was meant to be in had some hot water issues at the time so the apartment i was allocated was one not used often and on my first night and following morning i discovered a few issues but with a quick call and txts to Michelle and Peter everything was sorted promptly and i even came home after my first long day at my course to a new bread board with a bottle of wine and chocolates for the inconveniences i'd experienced. These guys were terrific and made my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely recommend and stay again. I stayed in the back block which overlooked the pool and had views right up the coast. Lots of stairs involved which i love but may not be for everyone. Really the only downside is the flight path of incoming air traffic but with that view even that didn't bother me too much.Cheers

Comfortable accommodation in a good position, very clean, the managers are lovely and the facilities are well maintained. Bed was good, amenities as described, lots of cafes down the hill and the walk to Palm Beach was easy. Good access to public transport and taxis/uber freely available. Only issue I found was that the planes from Gold Coast airport are very low as they come across, especially if there is low cloud. The noise they make meant that I couldn't have the balcony doors open and watch the TV in the evening, I also needed to sleep with earplugs. It is only for a short period each evening but there were more planes than I was expecting, was not my memory of Currumbin in the past.
