This beautiful 2nd floor apartment in "Villa Sienna" has been stunningly renovated. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite which has its own private balcony and spacious open plan living which leads out to another private balcony. The property has ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, there is also a pool in the complex plus grassy yard and BBQ area for everyone to enjoy. This property is great value for money.

Great Location

Check in was easy. Great Location handy to everything including the tram. Had a wonderful time at the Blues on Broadwater festival. Had everything we needed. Would recommend this property.

Great stay at Broadbeach

Our family of 5 stayed at this comfy, central location for a family reunion and to see Sea World. It was a perfect spot for our needs and easy to find and access with on site parking.

Apartment well appointed and clean. Bit of drama getting the 2 parks we required and the biggest negative for us over 60s was the only access was by 3 flights of stairs. Tough on us lugging up our bags. Nice pool and access

Great family holiday stay

It was just want we were looking for as a central location for all our activities. So quick to walk to the beach or the tram or explore the yummy restaurants close by. Well maintained and generous pantry supplies too. It was a nice surprise and it was very comfortable. We wished we’d booked longer! Thank you

Great location just a few minutes outside of the CBD. Close to the beach, restaurants and attractions. The two bedroom apartment was well looked after, plenty of room for the 6 of us (two adults, 4 children). The kitchen had multiple utensils and appliances, which accommodated for our long stay. There was a washing machine and dryer available to be used in the apartment. The added security of the basement car park was a pleasant surprise - gave us piece while enjoying our holiday.

It needs improvement

The place is accesible where we wanted to go but the place is run down. It needs renovation. The cover sheets were dirty. It smelled like someone had used it. Carpet was dirty and duvet too.

Very nice flat but check in appalling

Once we managed to get into the flat all was very nice. Got email asking what time we would arrive 2days before but no other communication. We presumed (stupidly) that there would be a receptionist to give us a key. On arrival there was no way to get in- on all my documents no phone number. I emailed the only contact which the one asking for our ETA and no answer. Luckily an elderly couple in a ground floor flat saw us and tried to help eventually getting through to the complex owner who told us how to get in. We were extremely grateful to them for taking the trouble to help. After 2+ hours I got an email from the owner with instructions on how to get in- bit late! Think you should make sure there is a contact number for these sort of emergencies. I have certainly learnt from this experience!

The perfect place for a family weekend!

The apartment is very spacious and set out well! It had everything we needed for a few nights accomodation and was well equipped. The location is great as it's close to everything we needed while not being in the heart of Surfers Paradise, meaning it was much quieter! We would definitely stay here again!
