Great location, great apartment BUT THREATENING CLEANING CHARGES ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!

The location and apartment where absolutley amazing. But in my many years of travels, I have never been threatened of being charged for cleaning or asked to clean the kitchen? If you want it clean, where were the cleaning products, should I send you the receipt of cleaning products so I can be reimbursed? The oven was on when we had arrived (who knows how long it had been on) and the knobs on the oven are all rubbed off, we did not cook in the oven. The remote to tv in the bedroom didn't work either.
