Good location for our needs. But toilet paper ran out and there was no supply to be found. Had to go down to Coles and buy more. Tried phone number of manger but could get through.
Spacious apartments with good facilities. Good location. Clean and tidy room.
Drawbacks: a little bit old. no air-conditioners in bedrooms but it is okay at night where the temperature is not high.
We had a lovely stay here the apartment was very spacious and clean. In walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. Lovely views of the river from our balcony. The only complaint I had was the bed was way too hard for me very uncomfortable. Overall very good.
Close to everything, roomy and clean. Windows and sliding doors need updating as they don’t lock properly and let the noise in. Would stay again though, had a good time.
In all my years of travel, hands down the best place I have stayed in my life! Great room, views and the best service. Even sent clothing left behind back to us at their own cost! Will stay there again every trip back to the Gold Coast.
It was very tidy, spacious and for family it is ideal location. Hosts Debra and George were very cooperative and helpful advising about the places to visit. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to chose their services.

Liked the location asit was walking distance to cavill av. Apartment alittle dated but was ok. Lots of traffic noise which we didn't like.
We have stayed at Waterways before & have found the staff to be friendly & accommodating each time. Apartment was clean & tidy & had plenty of room for 4 blokes. The only criticism would be could do with a few more utensils in the kitchen (knives for chopping, tongs, place mats) but this won’t stop me from staying here again. This was a work stay so we didn’t use any of the hotels other facilities. I would definitely recommend staying for a holiday even though not right in the middle of Surfers it is within walking distance.
It was right in the heart of surfers paradise! The view was amazing from our room. The room was spacious and lovely! The staff were very helpful and nice.
Fantastic time here, staying in one of the 3 bedroom apartments. Close to everything, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this.
Apartment was very roomy with nice views. Location is great and has nice water/river views. Walking distance to everything in surfers.
Onsite manager could do with some better communication and customer service skills he was pretty rude. Tried to organise and pay for a second car park on arrival and it felt like I was putting him out. Was Approved late check out (due to attending an event that morning) only to be phoned the morning of checkout and told to get out with 1/2 an hours notice due to cleaners coming in. Over all I would recommend to stay here and the ladies over email when booking were helpful.

Spacious for 2BR & 2 Bathrooms
Close to the COLES supermarket, convenient for shopping in Surfers' Paradise, Walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Free parking at basement of apartment. However, the carpet smell at the lift lobby and bedrooms can be quite daunting initially. There's also no air-con in the bedrooms, so can be quite hot in summer. The amenities are good for short stay, supplies are to be replenished at your own expense if you stay longer.
We stayed in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment with a lovely, long balcony. Five adults stayed and there was plenty of room to move about, cook in the kitchen and relax. We left our car parked securely underneath and walked everywhere, you are that close to everything. There is traffic noise, we were 15 floors up, but that is to be expected. Having a second tv in the bedroom was great. The beds are nice and firm and comfortable. We all slept really well. The security here is excellent and the Manager is always available if you should need anything. The bbq area is gorgeous and you look over the Nerang river. You can even fish off their pontoon. The pool is spacious, but it was a little cool to swim. We will definitely be staying here again. We loved it!

Good size apartments with average facilities. Lacking in some mod cons.
This apartment is certainly an eye opener great room recently updated and beautifully I might add, from the moment I checked in everything was perfect.
The bonus with a stay here is the allocated parking which in the heart of Surfers is a great thing to have. Close to Cavill Ave and everything you can want from that the apartment id fully self contained with 2 bathroom laundry and full kitchen facilities. I could not fault it.
Great place to relax right in the heart of Surfers Supermarkets across the road views of both the sea and river where there was something happening every day. 2 balconies to catch the sun at both ends of the day. ranchsliders from dining room lounge bedrooms very nice place to stay.
