I made a reservation for two, buh towels, cups, and everything were for one because that was the wrong room. The view wasn't what I paid for. It took longer to get extra toiletries. We could smell cigarettes smooke in our room and it wasn't fun"

Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. "We tried to check in around 7 and there was no one at the desk and a sign saying they were short staffed. The hotel message o line said check in before 8 PM. So there was no person. No phone answered and no room key under our name in the file on the desk for customers. We did not get to stay and had to book another hotel. I will need a refund. "
