"The location on the beach was excellent with easy beach access. The pool, spa and fitness center were all excellent. The food was good, but a little overpriced. The property was very clean. Housekeeping in our room could have been a little better."

"Best valued accommodation on the island! Priced perfectly for its offerings: cleanliness, comfort, safety, location, eco-friendliness, practicality… Nothing fancy, but “gets the job done” if the “basics done well” are your preference. “Hands-on” owner/manager will greet you, if checking in during the daylight hours and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Plenty of free parking and solid complimentary wi-fi. Continental breakfast, +snacks galore, available all day and at no additional cost. Rooms have larger than average refrigerators (with separate freezers), microwave, iron & ironing boards, 48” flat screen tv’s (with all the channels you’ll need), an endless supply of hot water in the shower and quiet efficient A/C units. Building and grounds are well lit and conveniently positioned just off business 278W, with nearby access to both the island bypass and Bluffton connector for speedier commutes during peak season. Nearby beach options offer the same wide expanses of sand with lesser crowding and associated parking and traffic snarls of Coligny. You won’t be disappointed!"

"What used to feel like a relaxing, family-friendly destination now feels more like a crowded convention center. From the moment we arrived, it felt like guests were more of a nuisance than welcomed visitors. The atmosphere was chaotic, staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was very little of the warm, accommodating experience we remembered from previous stays. One of the biggest frustrations was parking. Even valet parking — which we paid extra for expecting convenience — became a constant fight. It felt like regular guests were completely overlooked in favor of the large convention groups and bigger companies coming in. Multiple times we struggled just to access parking while conference attendees seemed to take priority for everything. What made the experience even more frustrating was the constant introduction of random “new rules” throughout our stay. Policies seemed to change daily with little communication or consistency, making it difficult to relax or enjoy ourselves. It honestly felt like we were walking on eggshells the entire time, worried we were unknowingly breaking some new restriction. The saddest part was that our kids genuinely felt unwelcome there. What used to feel like a place families could comfortably enjoy together now felt cold and inconvenient toward children and family guests. Instead of feeling relaxed and excited, our family constantly felt like we were in the way. For the price and reputation, the experience was incredibly disappointing. "

"Everything was great just wifi wasn't good."

"The condo itself was clean, but very dated. The building that hosts the condo is very old and unkept. The add says the condo is on the beach. Realistically it is 1/4 to 1/3 mile walk. When we first arrived the A/C wasn’t working. We called the host. He responded quickly and resolved the issue. This is a positive. Overall, a very disappointing stay."

"Place was fine for a few days but much smaller than expected. A few little annoyances, can’t see tv from couch in living room ( furniture is a weird angle). The tv remote didn’t work but luckily we were able to use the bedroom remote for the living room. Occasionally had trouble with the keyless entry- it wouldn’t let us push anything on it at times( maybe that needs a battery too?) enjoyed the outdoor pool very much! Long wait for elevators. And wish I knew Cocos was temporarily closed."
