"The unit was as pictured and very clean. The patio view of the fountained pond overlooking the marsh and adjacent golf course was a very relaxing view! Wifi is very fast and the living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku streaming. The unit has ample lighting which I prefer. This 1st floor unit is close to the elevator and stairway access. We took the stairway a lot since only 1 floor up from the adjacent parking area and faster than waiting for the elevator which depending on the day and time was often very busy. The beach access is just behind the building complex and a short walk 10-15 minutes across a raised walkway over a scenic marshland that provides for a great photo backdrop. There's also a free golf cart shuttle service that runs to and from the beach every day from 10-5pm. Very nice beach area and not very crowded with rental chairs and umbrella if desired. Cocos on the Beach bar & grill is next to the beach access. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, we had lunch there some days vs going back to the unit. The outdoor pool in the center of the unit's building was a nice alternative to the beach or cool down area after coming from the beach. Pool area has a bar and grill, we did not use but a nice option if desired. Overall a wonderful resort complex and unit. The unit was nicely decorated, clean, and provided with the needed amenities. Had good communications with the host who was very responsive to our inquiries. "
