Welcome to Ravens Landing. A brand new modern Townhome. Four bedrooms including 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds that can be split into two single beds providing excellent flexibility. Media room has a queen pullout couch and adjoining full bathroom as well as large flatscreen TV with blu ray player, satellite TV and soundbar. Top of the line Olhausen billiards table for family fun. The mainfloor of the townhome has a large extended length one car garage, entryway/mud room area perfect for taking off and storing ski equipment, full bathroom. There are three bedrooms on this level. 2 bedrooms containing king beds that can be split into single beds and large closets. The third bedroom is a large master with king bed that can be split into two singles, large closet, large flatscreen TV with blu ray player and satellite TV and an onsuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity, full shower, heated towel racks and heated floors.
The upper floor contains the modern kitchen with sit-up bar area, large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, pantry and all the modern kitchen appliances for the discerning chef. Just off the kitchen is the large dining area with 8 person dining table and chandelier above. Next to the dining area is the large living room with sectional sofa, gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV with blu ray player, satellite TV and soundbar. Off the upper floor is a huge deck going from one end of the upper floor to the other. It has an 8 person hot tub, large gourmet BBQ grill and beautiful views. There is a half bath just off the living room. Finally off the living room is the second master bedroom with king bed that can split into two singles, large closet, flatscreen TV with blu ray player and satellite TV and onsuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has full shower, his and her vanities, heated towel racks and heated floors.

Great Stay

Loved our stay, we had a group of young families and the setup worked well for us and our little ones. If you have early risers/early to bed people in your group you will hear those upstairs in your rooms (even just moving furniture) - that being said the babies were able to sleep through it so it wasn't a huge deal for us. Pool table and hot tub were both awesome. Would definitely stay again

Great host and house

We had a family of 7 adults and stayed a week to enjoy all that Golden/Banff had to offer: hiking, mountain biking, river rafting and good restaurants. The house was properly represented in the listing and photos. It was very clean, had all the amenities, and we truly enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. I would highly recommend this house to my friends and family.

Family Reunion

This was a great place for our 2 families (8 adults) to get together and tour the area. We greatly enjoyed the whole condo. (plus BBQ/Hot tub) The pool table in the basement was a great addition. It kept us out of the heat with a fun activity. Thanks for the use of your condo.

Magical

Was very spacious, clean just perfect for our family. The views were spectacular of the mountains. Lots of kitchen supplies to use for cooking was very nice. The manager Gabriel was very fast for responding to our questions.

Perfect place to stay during your holiday in Golden

We really enjoyed our stay at Raven's Landing. House was very clean and spacious for a group of 10 people. We had issue with the Washing machine and informed to the house keeper. He came and fixed it withing 1hr. Overall we are very much satisfied with the house and their services. We will definitely recommend to others.

Raven's Landing

Beautiful home with everything you could think of available to use, very well stocked with kitchen gadgets, condiments ect. Although some of our party unfortunately had to cancel, the remainder of our family enjoyed everything about the home and the surrounding area. Large rooms, bathrooms, dining table, and deck, so much room throughout the home. Family enjoyed the hot tub and large deck with an incredible view of the mountains. While we were there it was a very quiet neighborhood. Although we enjoyed all that Golden had to offer we would have been just as happy to stay in, play games, hot tub and visit. It was incredible and thanks for having us!

Beautiful views and great location

Stayed for 3 days of ski/snowboarding at Kicking horse. First off - don't worry about Kicking Horse reviews saying it's a dangerous mountian. It's only as scary as you want it to be with plenty of long green and blue runs. We were moderate to good riders on arrival ranging from 12 to 50 yo and didn't run into anything we didn't mean to try. The views on the hill are incredible and the further you want to hike the more fresh snow you get. The house is perfectly located only 3 minutes drive to the lift which is great for a mid day nap or rest as the mountian will horse kick the energy out of all but the most experienced riders. You can ski in and out but out on a snowboard you'll have to walk a short distance as the closest lift only runs on busy weekends. House is bright and open with lots of space for family and friends. Hot tub with a coffee first thing in morning watching the mountain for a groomer is delightful. Kitchen was well equipped. If you can, buy your groceries before Golden as prices climb with the altitude. There is also a general store with liquor in the resort. House manager was quick to reply to any questions. The garage is set up fantastic for winter sports with drying tower and hanging racks. There may be cheaper options available but you won't get this level of a relaxing family mountian experience in a suite or 20 minutes away in Golden.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Golden! It was perfect for our group of 3 couples and 2 teenagers. We really appreciated the 3 king sized beds and the two twin beds for the kids. It was very clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need! If you want views this place has it!

Kitchen has EVERYTHING

This was a beautiful new house with exceptional views. The location on the mountainside was perfect and very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked.We were able to view the aurora borealis from the driveway one of the nights. We had a wonderful stay!
