"We resered a handicapped accessible room. I tried valling but the phone number was to the national reservation line. When we arrived there was no handicap accessible room and no first floor room available. We were turned away. I am working with Expedia for a refund."

"I had a stink bug I killed the first night, and the 2 night I was there. I hated the people above us as it sounded like all the did was walk back and forth. Also don't like to hear a lot of yelling or cussing, and that was all one guy could do. Thank goodness that last part was the day we checked out. From now on I ask for a 3rd floor room and in the front, or I won't be back. I was on the pool side and way to noisy, I stayed there about a yr ago and the front side and 3rd floor was amazing over there."

"The hotel is being renovated, but we felt very welcomed. Our room was perfect. The staff member bent over backwards to make sure of this, telling us to let her know if we needed a different room. Would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone!"
