The staff were helpful and very accommodating.
The room could have been a little cleaner upon arrival (dusting and small details in bathroom... but I'm picky.)
Nice atmosphere at the Amuse Bar. Food was good for a late night snack. We shared a cheese quesadilla and a cheesecake. Best location for a first timer.

Great location, it has the Marquis Theater on the premises, liked stranger things broadway a lot.
Room got cleaned every single day. Great view from the room.

Best city hotel we have ever stayed in - and we have traveled around the world a fair bit. The concierge gave our son a little Sofitel stuffy and waterbottles that we still use to this day, to refill water instead of using one time plastic bottles. The rooms are wonderful, big and clean. There’s a shower and bath. Truly awesome and will come back whenever we are in NYC.
