In this 3-bedroom 2 Bath house Guests will enjoy restful nights with a master bedroom with a King Size Bed, and two bedrooms each with a Bunk Bed. Each Bunk bed has a full size bed in the bottom, and a twin size bed in the top. Ideal for 4-6 people, but with sleeping spaces for up to 8 individuals.

Cozy home perfect for a fun and restful stay, and within a few minutes from UCSB, S.B. Municipal Airport, Tech Corridor, Shopping Plazas, Golf Courses, Goleta Beach, Downtown Santa Barbara, and access to the 101 Fwy.

Indoors this house features a full equipped kitchen and bathrooms with bidets, fans with remote controls and air purifiers in each bedroom for added comfort. Small touches like an iron & board, sewing kit, hair dryer make it easy to feel right at home. Washer and Dryer inside unit, and WIFI,
