"We stayed at this location for 8 days in a superior room and enjoyed almost every single moment of it. We would rate the location 10/10. The view is breathtaking! The room design and layout are very well done although the rooms themselves are tired and some things don’t work anymore i.e the lighting in the pool and over the mirror in the bathroom, the waterfall in the pool and the hot tub was dry. Expect hot water only on sunny days. We are all for green energy but no hot water for dishes or showers diminishes the luxury experience the site and room offer. The staff was fabulous and helpful. They offer laundry service with folding for $20 USD. We were hoping to eat breakfast on location during our stay but at USD$30/person we found it too pricey while a short drive to town will give you a $7-10/person breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would go again. You can’t put a price on that view! "

"This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked a room for three people, which was supposed to include one queen bed plus a twin bed. Below is a photo of the sleeping arrangement they offered my child—implying that if I wanted an actual twin bed, I would have to pay extra. I wasted a lot of time trying to sort this out; eventually, the manager offered me breakfast, but I never heard a single word of apology. I have attached a photo of the twin bed below."

"Beautiful property. We were lucky enough to see an octopus in the lagoon. Went snorkeling right off my deck. The staff went beyond to accommodate our requests."

"We had to stay one night in Tahiti to catch the ferry to Moorea the next day. This hotel was walking distance to everything. The ferry, food, bars, and a grocery store to grab snacks and drinks for our stay in Bora Bora. Was a basic room. And very clean with friendly staff. "

"We stayed after finding out it was reopening following a renovation. Overall the stay was enjoyable, but the room looked quite dated and the service had issues at times with delays in orders at the bar and the restaurant. The main pool is nice, the best bit of this hotel, and clearly this is still one of the better hotels in Tahiti. "

"This was truly one of the best vacations we've had and it was because of the location of this house. It was so awesome to have both the pool and the ocean to play in, and without crowding or chaos from other people. What a fantastic location! We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Tahiti."

"Beautiful and unique “hobbit cabins” in far south Tahiti… two warm pools, fish ponds, amazing flowers and foliage, fantastic sunsets, great breakfast. Be aware that the bungalows are open to the elements and there may be a short uphill walk from the parking lot. Nets are provided for the beds and we didn’t have a serious issue with bugs. There are also chickens wandering the grounds, which is fun."

"We had a wonderful time in Muriel's beachfront apartment, perfect for just the 3 of us (myself, spouse and daughter). The location really couldn't have been better, far enough outside of the big city, but close to our favorite snorkling beach, juice bar and grocery store. Muriel was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back!"

"We loved our stay here. Each villa has its own small pool and a great view of the large lagoon. There was also a lovely hammock out back that was so comfy to lie on. The two rooms had AC so they were nice and cool as we slept. They also offer a very delicious breakfast, at an additional cost. A truly special and unique place."
