"Its location is good and the reception staff are helpful and friendly. BUT. The sinks and baths have no plugs and you have to ask reception for one. Also they have no bar/cafe facility at the hotel (surprising for the size of the place), so if you lie by the pool for a few hours there is no food option and the only drinks option is a machine. No water or ice available."

"This property is nice but the photos are from many years ago and they do not accurately show the condition of the house and furniture as they appear currently. That being said, the owner did everything in his power to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. Both the owner, Jose Luis, and the property manager Susanna were wonderful to deal with. They delivered additional kitchen items without us asking, they offered an extra cleaning because their regular house cleaners were on vacation and the substitute cleaners did not clean to their standard. Once these small issues were resolved, we had a very nice stay. The gardener/pool cleaner came every other day to maintain the pool and grounds, which are beautiful. We spent nearly every minute outside in the backyard, or next to the pool. There was plenty of space for 8 adults and the 4 bicycles they have at the house were used every day. The beach is a quick 10 minute walk through a quiet, private neighborhood. Overall, we had a very nice stay here. My only suggestion to the owners would be to update the website photos so people are not surprised when they arrive. I recommend the home and know that the owners will continue to make things better for future visitors."

"The house was wonderful. Very clean. I arrived early and before my family and was going to stay at a hotel but we decided to ask if the property was available 2 days prior. Communicating that was a little more difficult than I thought it would be mostly because of my limited basic Spanish. However, we managed to make the arrangements. Also my limited time using VRBO didn’t help with communication. The stay was pretty uneventful and nice. On our last day the gate opener failed to open with the remote. The manual release needs a key, that we did not have, so we did have to leave one of the rental cars there and all go up in one that was outside the gate. Hertz did get hold of Ole Solutions or the owner and that was taken care of. We did leave a message and try to call prior but were unable to reach anyone quickly. (I would say pretty low odds that that problem would strike so close to departure but it did). Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. I would use it again for a family event."
