"The house what great for our needs however the owners were AMAZING - maybe the best experience I have ever had! There were no issues, but they offered an early checkin, and were super accommodating to us as we wanted to leave earlier than planned due to the blizzard. Kind, communicative, just awesome!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"

"Wouldn't stay again. Lots of spiders at night left all of us uneasy. Killed four around bedtime then 2 more in the morning. One loud window AC unit in one BR. Other BR and common areas had no AC - they were muggy and warm. None of us slept well. Longer than expected drive to Portland, despite short distance on the map. Waze directions are not accurate, use other map apps."

"House was comfortable and had all amenities. One bedroom smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling and the house did have a lived in feel. Overall a great spot, owner was very responsive and appreciated her coming out to bring an iron. Thanks for the stay - Gave Maine and great feel for us out of state/country folk."

"The yurt was private yet not scary-secluded up in the trees. Our little treehouse! It was plenty spacious and stayed warm enough despite brisk October nights. There was sufficient electricity outlets but not much in the way of cell phone service, so if that matters to you, then make a plan, or plan to enjoy nature with less connectivity like we did. The outside shower was pleasant and the outhouse surprisingly not uncomfortable. Communication with host was easy and quick and I can’t wait to return to our treehouse!!!"
