"Railway 74 was a great location in La Spezia. We were very close to the station, they had available luggage storage, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. Very great experience and would highly recommend if you’re visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre villages."

"This stay was in the perfect location, and very clean and new! "

"Lory and Max are warm and wonderful hosts. They helped us to book a dinner with a lovely view our arrival night; they drove us to and from the train station to avoid having to find parking on our Cinque Terra day trip; and they loaded us up with extra homemade goodies and water for our travel. "This bed and breakfast was a wonderful place to stay in. The suite was so cozy, clean, and organized. From the pictures and description, it was everything I expected and more. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from every morning. When I come back to visit my hometown, I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you very much for a great experience! (Questo bed and breakfast è un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare. La suite era...

"We loved that the property was away from the town. After visiting the town and all the activity - it was nice to enjoy the space and the quiet. Our host's were exceptional, breakfast was more then adequate. We sat and had a glass of red wine in the evening buy it locally. Highly recommend."

"Excellent stay! Amazingly restored medieval property. Accommodations are great, owner is happy to share the structure history and restoration efforts. Well maintained, very clean, and helpful staff."
