"My friends and I had an amazing stay at this lovely house. Especially the outdoor area was beautiful and the pool was great! The house is just a 10 minute drive from a lovely town and shops for groceries. The hosts even organised for us to go horse-riding at their horse riding school which was a great experience. Overall, we loved our stay and had the great time. Eloïse and her father were a great help when we needed it and they were such lovely people!"

"Beautiful property and grounds, extremely quiet."

"Our group (2 couples and 1 teenager) enjoyed 3 days near Tours while staying at this spacious apartment. We spent 1 day kayaking and 1 day visiting Tours. You'll need a car to access this property, however, there is a grocery store and bakery for morning breakfast near-by (~10 minutes by car). The friendly host lives adjacent, so check-in was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time at this clean and comfortable house. There was everything we needed with many thoughtful touches. The house and property have a lot of history, and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous and the surrounding area has lots to see and do. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone, and will try to come back again to stay!"

"This is a lovely rustic country house on an acreage minutes away from Amboise. The hostess Marie-Josephe is a lovely woman who is very generous with her produce from her garden and fruit trees. Her free range chickens are entertaining and the eggs are delicious! We would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, out of the way location, yet within minutes to Amboise, the Chateau, restaurants, and vineyards!"

La proximité des commerces essentiels avec gratuité du stationnement dans la rue pour notre véhicule est un point important. Maison propre et fonctionnelle, au calme, avec étage en sous pente. "A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."

"We stayed 2 nights. The first night was on a 1st floor room by a busy street. However, the manager was very responsive to our request to change rooms. Our second night was delightful. Be away no air conditioning, but this time of year (early June) was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. "
