"Very nice accomomations here, you can park a small car (size: Toyota Yaris) at your accomodation. The inside looks very clean and modern but also has a japanese style living room and table, the shower and bath were really spacious, everything was great except for the bed. he bed was super squeeky like really made alot of noise when moving about. It also was quite firm but we didnt mind that, others might. It did have bed heating tho.

"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."

"Very nice hotel, great location for tourists.
Clean rooms, awesome staff, and excellent breakfast buffet option.
Easy access to train cars, good food, and shopping. "
"Staff are very friendly and helpful. The size of the room is reasonable, and location is unbeatable. Bathroom is clean but has a slight misty smell. However, this would not stop us from going back. "
"If you are looking for a cheap but comfortable stay for business purposes or for a very short stay, this place is very good. It’s close to the main station, with restaurants nearby. Staff are helpful and very polite "
"The hotel had hot springs for the guest to use and the room was large, plenty of space to walk around which is not typical for most Japanese hotels. Room also had plenty of storage space and even had a patio looking over the waterfront. It's not a clear view of the waterfront but it's something. "
"Impressive lobby and facade of hotel.
The good thing about this hotel is there is free bar with drinks and nuts for limited hours for guests. If you are allocated a room at the new wing, then you will have a decent room. Hence, please ensure you pick the room correctly.
Walked passed the corridor of the old rooms and it feels wierd as it is such a mismatch.
The 5th floor where the washing machine n dryer are placed are so quiet scary. Also it has a stench as there is no ventilation.
The little open bath is small and has a short entrance, where you have to bend to get in.
The rooms were heated via central controlat this time of the year. Thankfully, the staff helped to turn it off for our room, but still we felt hot and had to open the window to cool the room. Maybe the hotel should not be controlling the temperature of the room centrally as everyone has different preference and tolerance for heat or cold.
