Are you looking for the perfect getaway place for friends or family in Wisconsin? Look no further. This property has all the amenities to enjoy your stay in the northwoods! You'll be surrounded by hundreds of acres of the Nicolet Nation Forest where you'll find plenty of public hunting land, walking and hiking trails or jump on your machine and hit the trails in the dirt or the snow! Or if you're looking for just a quiet place to relax and unwind from life, have a session in the wet sauna and cuddle up to your favorite book, here is the perfect place to be! The Hemlock sits on 1.5 acres with a stream running behind thats great for kids who like to get dirty with the frogs and salamanders.
Our cabins are comfortably rustic. With the open concept mini barn design connecting with your friends and family is made easy!
The Oak cabin offers one queen bed and twin bunks, kitchenette stocked with dishes and utenciles, LP fireplace for those chilly fall and winter evenings, tv and dvd player with a good collection of movies for all ages to choose from, board games to enjoy, 4 kayaks (season permitting) with paddles and a fire pit with plenty of room for the whole group to enjoy.
Outside there is plenty of room to park not only your vehicles but your trailers too, so don't forget the machines!
Staying with the rustic, off grid feel of enjoying the northwoods the Oak cabin has its own beautiful, heated, well lit outhouse and shower/sauna house and a 4-6 person hot tub. The wet Sauna features cedar benches to comfortably seat 4-6 adults, wood burning stove topped with rocks for steam when heated up, temp/humidity thermostat to make sure you have the best balance of heat and humidity after a long day out in the woods. Sauna and Hot Tub are shared between both cabins. Sauna is available for use upon request at time of check in.
Coming up with a bigger group? Not a problem! Our cabins, The Oak and The Hemlock, sit just 30 feet from each other and are available to book together.
Our Oak cabin is a great place to relax and unwind from the craziness of life for a moment! We hope you enjoy your stay at our little piece of Unicorn heaven!

Amazing

This cabin did not disappoint! Everything was sparkling clean. Host was phenomenal! There is no water in the cabin she was kind enough to bring us a jug to last us until the morning. There is misquote hanging things on the trees. They worked great. We had barley any bite. It was a very relaxing weekend. We will definitely be booking again!

Relaxing!

We had a wonderful time here! We were in the area for a bike race in the Nicolet National Forest. This was the perfect place to come back to. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna ! Everything has been well thought out, we had everything we needed.

Great getaway

Great getaway, very nice cabins. The roads to get to the cabin (during winter) were fairly rough and not plowed, I am glad we had our 4x4 truck. My 2 wheel drive would of never made it.

A good stay

Overall this was a great stay and I would stay again. Negatives: the key for the cabin was not where the check in instructions said it would be and I had to leave to get phone service to call the host. The mini fridge was unplugged, having that ready would have been nice. The same goes with the heat in the cabin, having it run before arrival would have been it a better stay. Upon booking I was informed there was an additional fee for potential damages. I could have paid a refundable 5k or a non refundable 118. So my affordable trip got expensive quickly. Positives: the place was clean and warm once I got the heat going.wo was great, enough

Great place to stay

Property was clean cabin was as described in text and pictures. Shower and hot tub were clean. The host responded to messages fast. Great for our getaway close to utv trails. Quiet and relaxing. The charm of the place is priceless. If we are in the area again we would definitely book again.
