"Had a lovely stay at the hut. Cosy and everything you needed. Just my dog and I and it was very comfortable. On a lovely property with alpacas. Shared grounds which were great for my dog to explore too. I would book again. "

"We had a lovely stay. Lovely room with a sea view and very clean. The spa was very relaxing . Lovely meal last night and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly. We will be back 😃"
"Lovely clean room with a harbour view.
Staff friendly.
Breakfast had lots of choices, not all of hot options tasted the best but had plenty to eat before checking out."
"There was a good variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. The food was cooked to order and there were some delicious specials on their daily menu.
The room had a lovely view over the bay but it was small and there was a limited amount of room for storing our cases. The bathroom was recently refurbished and beautifully finished but there was limited space to put anything.
The car park was small and a challenge to negotiate but it did provide safe free parking.
"
"Efficient communications and checking; pleasant and capable staff; convenient town centre location; free overnight street parking in front (and room for motorcycles on pavement); modern bathrooms; good restaurant food and drinks; wide range of breakfasts options."
"The room was good size and quiet .
We eat in the hotel at night the meal was ok the chips were a little well done.
We had breakfast the next morning my self and my friend went for eggs Benedict it was ok but cold we both commented on the fact .
My husband had the buffet breakfast and he had the eggs cooked, but when he went to the buffet it was empty and had the last sausage and the rest was dried up .The coffee was a machine that didn’t work ( the lady made the coffee for us ) the tea was available and the hot water in the jug was cold ! I took a tea made my tea and then discovered it was cold.
It was 8.30 I think they needed more staff as there was only one lady who was working really hard.
There was a toaster but no toast I asked and the lady said we will do some for you.
Which was appreciated .
I think they need to check the Buffet and just put some bread out also when the toast arrived they was no butter or preserves also try and arrange things better rather than walking around looking for things.
These are all minor things that could be rectified .the cost was £15.99 and really not worth it ."
"The hotel is modern, elegantly appointed and very well maintained. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The menus for breakfast and dinner offered a good variety of dishes which were expertly cooked and presented.
The hotel is on the edge of the town with plenty of safe, easy parking. "
"Absolutely beautiful, from the moment my wife and I stepped on the grounds, we knew we were somewhere very special. The staff are a credit to the grove and made a special place even more incredible. "
