Enjoy Luxury Accommodation just metres from the water’s edge as you relax and enjoy the water views through the full width windows. A large open plan entertainment and dining area makes a great location for a relaxing holiday or for celebrating a special occasion with family and friends.
5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ensure up to 14 people can relax in style.

WiFi & Netflix are available and there is also a home theatre with 75” TV with Netflix and DVD's for adults & kids

A well equipped kitchen with Aldi coffee machine and large outdoor BBQ means you can entertain in style or, if you prefer to eat out, the highly acclaimed Bombora restaurant is only 100m away.

Goolwa beach is a great spot for surfing or cockling and if you have a 4WD you can drive on the beach all the way to the Murray Mouth. If you’re a golfer it’s only 300m to Goolwa South Lakes Golf course.

Nearby there is plenty for the kids to do with a new adventure playground and safe swimming area or they can play table tennis or boules at the house.

There is plenty for all the family to do in Goolwa, the first Cittaslow town in Australia. The Cockle train runs daily to Victor Harbor during school holidays or go for a ride on the Oscar W paddle steamer or explore the Coorong by boat tour or kayak.

Further afield there is heaps to do exploring the Fleurieu Peninsular and it’s nearby towns.

The facility was well presented and easy to navigate. Unfortunately an unpleasant and uncomfortable odour emitted from one of the closed rooms near the master bedroom. This was reported to the owners.

Excellent venue for family holiday

We appreciated the living area. Lots of seating inside and out which suited us well for eating together, playing games, and relaxing. The home theatre was also popular. There are good walking tracks in the area e.g. to the bird hide. The beds were comfortable.Kitchen facilities were excellent. Good views. Air-conditioners helped to cool us in the hot weather although evaporative increased humidity.

Had a fantastic stay highly recommend 13 of us stayed and was still plenty of room to not be on top of each other. kids are well looked after theatre room a treat for the owner was lovely very helpful will stay again.

The house was great and could fit us comfortably. The house had everything you needed with lots to keep everyone entertained, from the adults to kids aged between 3-12yrs. Beautiful house. Well set out ideal if you have children as there is a lovely backyard with a cubbyhouse that is fully enclosed as well as a playground just across the road. Plenty of space and great cinema room.

The Best Time

Six old high school mates having an annual catch up via a golf trip. The accommodation was outstanding. The location could not have been better with golf course and cafe a short walk away. Town close by for meals if needed. We will be going back - nothing is more certain.
