"We stayed in one of the suites (Guanella Pass, which is a hostel in the summer but converted into a suite off-season) for a nearby wedding and it was one of the best places I've stayed. Some highlights: - The suite felt more spacious than in the photos. (Flip side, note that the size results in it being a bit dark feeling, but still pleasant.) - Location: it's right next to the river, with a screened-off patio. It was really nice to see/hear the river, and at night, being able to sit outside and see the stars comfortably. - Very communicative staff: they explained the entry very clearly and went beyond expectations for accommodating us. - The supplies (soap, towels, TP, bedding, etc) were all unpretentious yet comfortable -- think Costco-levels of quality. - To our surprise, there's a bidet/washlet attachment on the toilet! If you are a bidet user, this is such a civilized touch. The instructions to reach the lodge were extremely clear: in Bailey, the road doesn't have left turn lanes so it can be hard to find addresses. Fortunately the communication was clear and timely with good instructions on how to locate the driveway to enter the property."

"We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our micro wedding! The property was truly a one-stop shop for our entire weekend. We were able to have our ceremony and reception right at the house, and everyone loved being able to enjoy the beautiful views and property throughout the weekend.The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had amazing amenities that made it easy for our entire group to relax, celebrate, and spend quality time together. Having everything in one place made our wedding weekend feel so special and stress-free. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the setting was absolutely gorgeous.Our guests had an incredible time and continued talking about how perfect everything turned out and how great the property was. It was the perfect backdrop for such an important and memorable time in our lives. We are so grateful we found this home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to celebrate, gather with family and friends, or simply enjoy a relaxing weekend!"

"Great place for a 2 besties to catch a concert! About 45 minutes from red rocks, lots of wildlife and amazing scenery. Several mountain roads that are one lane, so a little finagling if you aren't comfortable driving those types of roads! Place was as advertised, and very relaxing! Would stay again!"

"This is a well- appointed country lodge on a dirt road with some holes: fortunately, it's not far up, but drive slowly. The room itself was spacious, clean and appropriately rustic. Sound insulation is not good: we could clearly hear the conversation of our neighbor. Overall, though, it was a beautiful place to spend the night."

"Beautiful facility with relaxing patio view of mountains. Close to Red Rocks; their shuttle to and from Red Rock events made the evening hassle-free traffic-wise. Rick offered great customer service service."
