"Ac was excellent and I slept like a baby!! Pool room is a little slippery and hold water instead of draining in the drain, so definitely need to watch walking in there. Other than that, it was great. I forgot my pillow. I called them and they put it in storage for me"

"Room was clean, breakfast was fresh. Couch was dirty . This property could use some updates to the bedroom furniture and air conditioning. One of the staff asked my husband if he had a room there, which was strange . "

"First room the AC did not work had to get a second room went into the second room and it was not clean towels all over the bathroom, used soap bars in the bathtub and had curly hair in the bathtub had to wash it all out"

"Stayed this past weekend. After the service from the front desk agent and managers won’t stay there again. Found in my room next to the nightstand not sure what it is but it looked gross either used condom or hairnet and i didn’t want to touch it. I complained at check out to front desk person and told her about it she said thanks for letting us know and didn’t offer to do anything about it. After that I talked to jasmine the front desk manager she said someone will contact me about it. Waited and no call back then talked to Derek same thing he said someone would reach out. Talked again to jasmine same thing. They clearly have no interest in compensating me for this. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in this service and that they have lied constantly to me. Also I didn’t even get a lot of sleep due to walls being paper thin and I could hear everything next door. I’m so upset and frustrated about this."

"OVERALL THE FACILITY WAS OK WITH A FEW MINOR WEAKNESSES. The bathroom door was so squeaky it actually woke us up if used by the other person during the night, in addition the A/C was very difficult to set a a lower temperature to be comfortable, again causing us to waking up several times during the night because of the temperature."
