"The room was neat/ sheets was clean. The floor was full of sand and there was some dead beetles found along the floorboards. Convenient to ATV trails and resturants close by"

"Safe and clean, although dated. It was very difficult to get the shower to a safe, comfortable temp, but with some patience, it can be done. The hot tub/spa area is seasonal, which was not advertised. Quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious."
