"Absolutely loved it. The staff were great, the room was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. Breakfast was really tasty too. We had a lakeside room overlooking the garden and although you can't technically see the lake for the trees the view is still spectacular. We spent ages sitting out on the balcony"

"The hotel was not a good fit for us. It was clean, room and balcony were spacious, the staff was polite, and the view from our balcony was truly spectacular. But it’s on the quiet side of the lake, had an extremely limited restaurant menu (one page total with plenty of white space) the bathtub is poorly configured and the place personified faded beauty. Think late Victorian chic. To be fair, I noticed there were returning customers as we checked in, so lots of people must be satisfied. Other than the million dollar view, it was not a place I’d pay to return. "

"Avery nice hotel pretty much in the centre of Klagenfurt. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. My room was small, and there is really no space or rack on which to open a suitcase. Good food at the next-door restaurant."
