Fin hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på centru

Det var et pæn og ren hotel, lidt øv at der på værelset virkede den ene natlampe ikke. Aircondition var meget svær at styre og vi kunne ikke slukke ,(måtte have hjælp af receptionen). Lagnet var lidt for lille, så det røg af om natten.

Lovely small hotel, close to the river, mall and riverfront restaurants. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable with a little outdoor balcony. The onsite restaurant served a hot and cold breakfast buffet that included everything. Delicious! I would definitely stay again.

Hotel did not find prepaid reservation

the hotel claimed that they don’t have our reservation. After showing the reservation confirmation they said that they need to see that we have paid the room. We showed them the comfirmation of the payment. After that they calmly said that the hotel is fullybooked. They had reservations only with Polish names - maybe they did not want foreign guests ! Nice to drive from Finland to Poland just to find out that there is no room in the hotel.
