"Great location, close to the sea front. The room was ok however rsther small with an oversized sofa and rather dark. The windows were facing windiws from other buildings so no privacy. But thats ok i guess. The worst part is te lack of customer service of the front desk staff members. I arrived to find a door opened by code but did not recirve the code. The hotel feels like a second home, with conveniences like a kitchenette area and an available key to a laundry room. The staff are friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back again! "

"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."
