"Worse hotel to stay in my life front office staff were keen to make money off records in every manner ,spoiled lilen given ac were not working charged extra and very far from central location nobody willing to go inside the road total wastage of money ,aloo zeera daily on menu @100 per day ,don't have kitchen staff even difficult too get tea ,front office staff always compell to take there transport mode on commision basis ,fake photo placed on sight it is lodge"

"This is at the most a 2 star hotel nowhere close to what it describes. The surroundings are filthy and smelly. Staff is sleeping on couches and property is poorly maintained. Absolutely not a $50 hotel. Over priced and the ratings are just lies. "

"This is very nice and well kept hotel by Orchid group. Just 15 min drive to Ram Mandir. The restaurant Vindyas is too good. Rooms were excellent upscale and amenities are good. We really liked it"

The downsides are (1) Hotel being a little opportunistic in getting more from customers - they could have provided a room earlier but refused to unless half day charges are paid. "Not sure how it is listed as a 4 star. It is barely 2 star. The staff is excellent, location is great, place is safe for women too, but the property is 2 star. Also note that it's a tent, so always very noisy (unlike the "luxury tent" that I stayed in at Masai Mara, this is more like outdoor camping. Bathroom smelled weird. The heavy cloth partition between 'room' and 'bath' was very dirty. If they want tent or camp like setting, may be consider using bamboo doors as they are light, sturdy and more hygienic. I did not feel like taking shower there. That said, if you're looking for a reasonably priced option, don't mind the noise, and are used to ok toilets and bath, this might be ok. Kids and families seemed to enjoy it for sure. Dining staff was very good. If it was listed as 2 star, I wouldn't have booked it. But as it is listed as 4 star, I was very disappointed at the property. Luckily I was there for one night only and checked into another hotel the next day. Again, big thanks to all the staff but property is not my kind. PS: Put a heater in the reception area, the poor staff was trembling in the cold weather."
