Overall it was a good stay. Not too far of a walk from the station. Check in was smooth. Breakfast was great and buffet style with lots of options. Plenty of restaurant options near by. Wifi was slow.

Nature Cottage Akabeko
施設の古さや清潔さにしては、料金が高いと感じた。ゴミ箱の外側が汚れていたり、いくつもの部屋の角に蜘蛛の巣やホコリがあり、壁もシミが多くて汚く感じた。 この値段では、次回も利用したいとは思わない。

施設自体は素晴らしかったです。 しかし予約後に電話問い合わせしたさいの 窓口対応が大変不快かつ迷惑なものでした。 （時間予告なく３０分保留で待たせる・・・） もう少し社会常識的な電話対応を指導してください。 施設自体と管理事務所の職員様の 応対は素晴らしかったです。
