Apartment 2 - Apartments Haus Landmann

  • Apartment 2 in the house Landmann. Space enough for the family! 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower / WC, kitchen / dining room and living room. The apartment is over 2 floors. Last renovation: 2018. Bedroom 1 at 1. OG with possibility of extra bed (sofa bed). Both bedrooms are equipped with their own TV and offer plenty of space. A separate sitting is also available in both bedrooms. (once as an extra bed possible). Kitchen and bathrooms completely new. 

    Do not feel like crochet doilies? We neither! Our modern apartments are renovated and equipped with modern facilities. Frills and bells and whistles are sought in vain. But our guests will find new bathrooms, new kitchens and contemporary amenities. Forget the days when a holiday in the Harz was also a time travel in the 70s! In our house Landmann you will find 2 apartments. Apartment 1 for 2 persons with bedroom, possibility of extra bed in the living room, a bathroom with shower (built in 2018) kitchen (built in 2018), storage room, also for wet clothing / ski clothing. The apartment has about 50 square meters. Our apartment 2 (completion February 2019) can accommodate 6 people. Our guests will find 2 spacious bedrooms with their own TV, one with possibility of extra bed. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower / WC (each renovated in 2018), kitchen / dining room (built 2018), a separate living room and a storage room. Our apartments are networked and equipped with 40 "LED TVs. Our guests have 2 free parking spaces in front of the house.

Schöne große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Hahnenklee, die Wohnung ruhig aber dennoch zentral und man ist in 10 min in der Innenstadt. Bushaltestelle schräg gegenüber, mit der Gästekarte fährt man sogar kostenlos! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist top eingerichtet. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Ich glaube wir kommen nochmal wieder.

Die Wohnung war super sauber. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt. Tatsächlich wäre ein Vorhang an der Wohnungstür nicht verkehrt. Betten und Matratzen sind Geschmackssache, aber das Bett unten quietscht schon sehr.

Ok mit Einschränkungen

Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr großzügig vom Platzangebot her und sie war wirklich tipptopp sauber. Aber: Die gesamte Einrichtung machte einen sehr einfachen Eindruck; alles wirkte eher günstig, vor allem die Betten, Schränke und ganz besonders die Kücheneinrichtung. Das Geschirr und Besteck waren wirklich nicht schön, wirkten sehr alt. Es gab keine Kochlöffel, keine Handschuhe, um ein heißes Backblech aus dem Ofen zu holen, keinen großen Topf, in dem man für vier Personen Nudeln kochen könnte. Alle Messer waren so stumpf, dass ich tatsächlich die Möhren mit dem Essensmesser geschnitten habe…die größere Pfanne lag nicht auf der Platte auf, bei der kleineren hätte man die Beschichtung mitgegessen. Es gab nur Plastikschüsseln für z. B. Salat oder man hätte die Töpfe und Pfannen auf den Tisch stellen müssen, aber es gab keine Topfuntersetzer. Kein Gefrierfach, keine Spülmaschine… Die Matratzen im oberen Schlafzimmer waren extrem hart, das Bettzeug hingegen völlig in Ordnung. Das W-LAN funktionierte leider überhaupt nicht, so dass die Nutzung von Laptops nur über unsere eigenen Hotspots möglich war. Grundsätzlich könnte es eine tolle Wohnung sein; wir hätten auch nichts dagegen, etwas mehr zu bezahlen, aber sie lässt leider zu viel zu wünschen übrig; grundsätzlich hätte ich mir mehr Wertigkeit gewünscht. In spätestens zwei Jahren müssen die aufgequollenen Waschtischunterschränke ersetzt werden, man sieht jetzt schon die Schäden, die halt bei billigen Möbeln schnell entstehen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns total gut gefallen. Sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Im unteren Bereich befinden sich eine große Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Bad, ein großer Flur und ein Zwischenzimmer zum Schlafzimmer (ohne Tür zum Schlafzimmer). In der oberen Etage befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad und das Wohnzimmer. Alle Fenster haben Außenjalousinen. Bei offenen Fenstern im unteren Zimmer bekommt man morgens den Straßenlärm mit. Aber wir schlafen eh nicht bis mittags; uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Ein kleiner Tipp an die Vermieter: evtl. die Wohnungstür mit einem Vorhang versehen ;-)
