"Haus am Karpfenteich" Vacation Home, Right Next to the Park and Forest

This detached house features two holiday apartments where family and friends can relax and feel right at home. Your dog is welcome by prior arrangement. The house offers peace and quiet surrounded by nature, located right next to the spa gardens with their ponds. The “Kachelofen” holiday apartment, at 90 square metres, offers ample space for 4 people and is equipped with every comfort.

Bedrooms:
Each unit has 2 bedrooms, each with double beds and a closet. An extra bed for a toddler (up to 6 years old) is available.
Your dog (€12.00 per day) is warmly welcome by prior arrangement. A dog bed, bowl, and treats are provided for your pet.
Garage rental is available for bikes, motorcycles, or cars.
Large living room area with a tiled stove and sofa area, hardwood floors, and a dining table with a view of the Bocksberg.
The state-of-the-art kitchen features Siemens appliances, a ceramic cooktop/oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer combo, and a dishwasher. Nespresso machine and drip coffee maker, plenty of dishes, a selection of spices, and oil!
High-speed internet, LED TV, CD player, USB/DVD player.

Two bedrooms each:
2 bedrooms with double beds (new mattresses installed in 2026), each 2 x 2 m, and a wardrobe. An extra bed for a toddler (up to 6 years old) is available.

Balcony terrace & patio furniture, as well as a view of the spa park.
The adventure playground is within sight, but your relaxation and peace will not be disturbed.
Board games and books are available.

Bathroom: Bathtub and shower, two sinks, bidet, mirror, hair dryer, makeup mirror, hand towels & bath towels.
Washing machine & dryer available for a fee.
