Not sure who they getting staying there, bit gire alarm went off at 4am annd everyone went outside. Then a fight broke out Apparently between the men who started the alarm. I know they can't really control this but makes you wonder who stays there. I do not normally do hostels but for some reason Gothenburg was exteemely expensive this night. 1 night was more than enough! They certainly need to upgrade the mattresses. It was a slim bit of foam!

Perfect location!! Clean hostel!!
Location was perfect. Liseberg park was just across the street and tram to the city was in front of it. We bought some food at the COOP down stairs! The staff helped us with the laundry. Room was clean. Bed linens and towel were provided. Recommend for the family who wants ti visit Liseberg!!

The information provided on the site and in the confirmation details is that Spoton provides out-of-hours check-in and that they will provide access to a keybox before arrival to enable that. I confirmed my arrival time when I booked and again by message on here, but never got a reply. I e-mailed them them through their own website, to which they took three days to reply - i.e. they replied after my stay. When I got to Spoton, I didn't get an answer and I couldn't through on the number provided. So I'd suggest better not to book at Spoton if you don't wanted to be stranded and left without a place to stay...

located and convenient
well located besides the tram station, with a supermarket at the ground floor, it is an ideal location for families and getaways. room is clean and staff is friendly too. will recommend to stay here to my friends

Tidy hostel with spacious dorm rooms. The bathrooms were really clean and each shower was in an individual cubicle! The lady at the reception desk was really kind and helped direct me to a cafe where I could find delicious skagenröra, and she let me leave my bag during the last day after checking out. My only deception was the lack of cooking facilities in the kitchen - there were a few microwaves, but no stoves/hobs.

Clean tidy and reasonably priced accommodation
We were in Gothenburg for a 3 night stay and had a quadruple room for myself my partner and our two children. The room whilst basic was clean and comfortable and the communal kitchen was a great spot for making drinks and having breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I really can't fault it if you are looking for reasonably priced clean comfortable accommodation then do give Sporton a go.

Easy access to the city via the tram stop just outside the hotel, with only 4 stops to central station. The hotel offered a good buffet breakfast and quality meals in the restaurant downstairs for dinner.

Cannot give good review. paid for a room. No bed.
Due to physical limitations, I called ahead to request a bottom bunk. I never stayed here as the bed type I requested was not available when I arrived. Staff was remarkably friendly but didn't have the ability to stop someone from taking my bed. Nothing was mentioned about a refund so i cannot reccommend this place or give it a high rating for charging me for the night even though I never stayed there.

It was a chill place. I stayed in the hostel area. It was up a spiral staircase which was a little difficult with my bag and I did not like that the reception hours were so limited, but over all a great place.

Clean and comfortable room and ensuite. Bed particularly comfortable (although it wasn't actually a double bed - just two singles pushed together). Pretty well sound-proofed. Large communal area for preparing and eating meals and meeting other travellers, kept very clean. Easy 20 minute walk to city centre, 10 minute walk to airport bus stop and a tram stop right outside. Bizarre check-in hours (3-5 pm only when I booked) but it's worth contacting them to see if you can arrive at another time if you need to - my request was accommodated with no problem at all.

Good accommodation for a reasonable price
Good hostel with all the essentials. Bathrooms and water pressure were good. Only downside in my view was that the room didn’t have a windows which was a little disconcerting. Location is a little far, but walkable and fine if you’re taking the tram.

I stayed in a female dorm. The stay was as good as it can get in a low-priced hostel. Well organized, clean, tidy, un-problematic. No windows. Shower, toilets in the corridor.

I stayed here as it waa very close to my conference venue and good value. I had a twin room with shared bathroom. The room was small with no window but perfect if all you want to do is sleep. It is a nice cool temperature so was ideal for sleeping 12 hours after jet lag! The bar down stairs is nice with friendly staff and a chilled environment and location ideal just near the airport bus.

My experience was nice. I have good field for rest and very comfortable facilities in room. The sraff was very kind and explained with any details mine question about check in and check out.If i will travel to Sweden again ,surely i will accomondate in spoton hotel.

Not a place for business travellers. Spot on also has hotel rooms, those are more likely to be suited for those. Booked last minute, would not choose again. Cheap and convenient, and that’s about it. Room much smaller than advertised. Room had no window, with that info hidden away rather than made clear at time of booking. Must be checked carefully as the two options are available. Atmosphere of surroundings and hostel section not pleasant.

First thing- fantastic water pressure in the shower. A+. The area was about a 30 minute walk from the city centre, but a tram was directly in front of the hostel. Nice communal room with a tv, and large kitchen. Super comfy pillow.
